About the Teacher
Yoga has completely changed my life and every aspect of it. The excitement of returning to my centre spiritually and regenerating the body physically encouraged me to bring the yoga experience to my students. Using the asanas and pranayama (breathing techniques) I teach my students to harmonize the energy flow within their bodies through the moving meditation, which translates into a greater feel and look.

Tanya is an extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and intuitive yoga teacher. By that I mean that she knows exactly when and how to help in order to improve and make my yoga practice work for me. We do a variety of different sets, so it is never routine or boring, as well as Tanya adjusts the sets according to my own personal goals and preferences, which I really enjoy.
I can honestly say that when I took up yoga in the spring, it was just something that I had to do to take care of my body, whereas now I can happily say that I love it and I'm looking forward to my yoga sessions and Tanya can take all the credit for that.
