POWER YOGA - be fit and mighty
There are two power yoga classes on Thursdays, at 7:00pm and 8:00pm, and two spots are available in each class.
Fast and furious, yet stretchy and rejuvenating, Power Yoga is an offspring of Ashtanga Yoga tradition. It is an empowering workout that also embraces practices of mind calming, spirit nurturing, and body purification. We are causally tapping into the borderline of what may seem to be impossible and eventually cross it in a safe fashion.
